I started my journey over 10 years ago as an SEO Lead, and within a year grew into owning full website development too, engineering the technical search and analytics architecture behind 536,000+ active users (since Feb 2023). But I quickly realized that traffic means nothing if the underlying systems can't measure it, scale with it, or automate the manual labor behind it.
Today, as a Growth Systems Architect, I bridge the gap between marketing and platform engineering. A Digital Presence Transformed: Global DMC Network
Context: A major destination management company needed more than a corporate website; they needed internal platforms to replace spreadsheets, connect regional offices, and automate itinerary building.
Action: Directed the end-to-end rebuild of the main website and three internal platforms. Coordinated 10+ full-stack developers (Next.js, React, Node, WordPress, Joomla, PHP) and designers from PRD to launch, while implementing a rigorous GA4 architecture to track the entire new ecosystem. Later used Gemini to redesign the destination detail page experience without waiting on a full design cycle.
Scaling Search & AI Traffic: Global DMC Network
Context: The global DMC client needed aggressive scaling in highly competitive commercial search terms, while adapting to AI-driven search paradigms.
Action: Architected structured schema markup (TravelAgency) and destination landing-page roadmaps. Built dedicated GA4 custom channel groups to separate and track AI referral traffic (ChatGPT/Gemini) from standard organic search.
